If you’re a fan of psychedelic blood and guts (and you know we are), check out our friend and contributor Mimi Leung’s exhibition Australian Roadkill, opening on July 10th at Lamington Drive in Melbourne. (Mimi illustrated the Khmerican Food article in our American Food issue.) She used the “gory yet cute” kangaroos, wombats, and rabbits found on rural Australian roads as her inspiration.
