Have you seen the Doyle Lane mural we recently installed in the new Education and Visitor Center? It’s pretty much the most amazing thing you’ve ever laid eyes on. It’s made up of 4,876 individual hand-formed ceramic tiles. Four thousand. Eight hundred. Seventy-six. Hand-formed. And in a red-orange that’ll set a fire in your soul and make you replace your old favorite color with this one.

On VERSO, read about its recent restoration by sculptor and conservator Morgan MacLean. After you stare at the GIF for a while, of course.

Jiotto Caspita, 1988. A prototype mid-engine super car designed billed as the ‘F1 on the Road’. The design of the car by Kunihisa Ito, who was the vice-president and chief designer of Jiotto Design. The car was powered at first by a Motori Moderni flat-12, a detuned Formula One engine, and then in 1990 was rebuilt with a Judd V10. The global recession of the early 1990s meant that by 1993 the project had founded before any further cars were produced

#Horrorshow’s Jason Saint
[2015]

It’s been said that villains don’t get happy endings. If we can slay the mythical dragons, lets dispel that rumor while we’re at it. This weekend, the reign of #Horrorshow conquers NWA Supreme (Madison), Infinity Pro (Bloomington), and IWA Mid-South (New Albany). Are you ready to go?

It’s so not fair how cool teens get to be in 2015 and how much access to it they have. I mean, it’s not anybody’s fault that I lucked out as the dorky dweeb on BOTH sides of my family lol, and that I didn’t have the confidence to wear what I wanted to at 13, 15, 17, but damn. Kids today look LOADS better as teens than we did in 2005. We really didn’t stand a chance back then haha
