On the 18th of October 2017, five teenagers were throwing rocks from an overpass in Michigan, the United States. Kenneth White (37) was sitting in the passenger seat of a van when one of the large rocks thrown by the teens went through the windshield and hit him. Kenneth died from blunt force trauma to the head and chest - his death was ruled a homicide. After the accident, the teenagers went to a nearby McDonald’s to eat.
One of the teenagers turned himself in, the four others were arrested soon after.
Alexander Miller (15), Trevor Gray (15), Mikadyn Payne (16), Mark Sekelsky (16) and Kyle Anger (17) have all been charged as adults with second-degree murder and could be sentenced to life in prison if convicted.
