There is a pair of turkey vultures that nests in an old abandoned barn every year, which allowed me to get quite close to these two. They made an angry noise that sounded like a coffee maker. Still cute though!
Chicago Harbor fLighthouse by Carlton Holls Via Flickr: The Chicago Harbor Lighthouse was constructed in 1893 for the World’s Columbian Exposition, moved to its present site in 1919 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. The breakwater in the foreground is a popular place for gulls to gather and for photographers to get really great flocking shots :)
“Triad of Homes” - Based off of the three states I’ve lived in: Illinois, Michigan, and Georgia. Despite their pros and cons, I’ve loved experiencing these fantastic places. I can’t wait to see which states I live in next!
