Sam missed the days when Take Your Child to Work Day was only one day per year. Because now, while Tucker and Danny were having all the fun fighting ghosts, she was stuck in a stuffy office building working some stupid internship for her dad, five days a week, every week, all damn summer.
It was only eleven o’clock and she already had what could arguably be the world’s worst headache. Danny thought dealing with Klemper was bad? Try dealing with caffeine-buzzed middle-aged office workers who threw a hissy fit whenever the printer didn’t print their shit five seconds after they hit print. She’d contemplated “accidentally” breaking the coffee machine so they couldn’t have their daily twenty cups of coffee but she knew that would only result in five more headaches caused by thirty-three hissy fits.
