After 12 years of #MMA fighting, Chris “The Crippler” Leben announced his retirement. He compiled a record of 22 wins, 12 coming by knockout, and 11 losses. At 33 years old, Leben plans to go on coaching as well as enjoying his retirement.

“It’s not how old you are, but it’s how long you’ve been doing it. I’ve been doing this game for quite a while. I’ve got a lot of years ahead of me. I would like to still have my head on my shoulders and have a brain when I’m raising kids and doing all the other stuff that I want to be a part of.” – Chris Leben

To #UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo, winning is all that matters and the pound-for-pound rankings do not mean a thing to him.

“The best pound-for-pound fighter is [Cain] Velasquez because he beats all of them. If they put him against me, he’d beat me. That’s how it works for me. The best is that one that beats everybody. I don’t care about the rankings.” – Jose Aldo
