Creamy Veggie Chicken Pasta:

  • 1 box of Penne pasta
  • 2 Chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
  • Asparagus, Broccoli, Mushrooms
  • ¼ tsp Onion powder, garlic powder and crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano and basil 
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • ¼ cup Half and Half
  • 1/3 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4oz Cream cheese

Cook pasta, for last 5 minutes of boiling add broccoli and asparagus. In 2 Tbsp olive oil, cook chicken on all sides. Add spices/ mushrooms and sauté. Then add broth, half and half, cream cheese and parmesan cheese, stir until melted. Add pasta and salt and pepper to taste.

Since so many of you are waiting for it, I thought I should keep you posted ^^

So, it’s 6 am now. I’m working for it for 17 hours straight… oh wow xDD
Okay, minus like 30 minutes for a meal xD
9 pages are left to clean and a few peens have to be uncensored. Since I don’t have a drawing tablet or anything (I redraw with my mouse), it’s taking a little longer and it’s a little more complicated to uncensor. But I’m getting there ^^

My translator-chan is already done with the translation… 
So hopefully we will release it within the next 24-48 hours.

hi love 👋🏻 I've been trying to lose weight off and on for a few years, but this spring I'm finally going to do it. I joined my school swim team so I'm getting so much exercise (2 hrs burns like 1,000 cals!) and to motivate myself to get really skinny I'm going to be on a rec team and lifeguard this summer. My only problem is that I can't stop eating and I'm always hungry! I'll eat a good sized meal and 30 minutes later eat so much more! How can I stop and not embarrass myself this summer? :(

First off you shouldn’t be embarrassed of your body, no matter what it looks like. I know I’m kind of being a hypocrite by saying that but it’s true. You should learn to love yourself. And as far as eating too much, make sure you drink a ton, because it will make you feel more full. Drink a full glass before your meal, and if you’re still hungry about half an hour later have a low calorie snack like some vegetables. If drinking a bunch of water doesn’t work, then just eat if you’re hungry. You can eat five meals a day as long as they’re all pretty low calorie and you end up at your calorie goal. And maybe try getting more protein. I’ve heard that that can help keep you from getting hungry as much. Make sure you always have stuff like celery, carrots, lettuce, or whatever veggies you like to snack on in the fridge so you can snack on it whenever you want. Also, have you ever tried celery with peanut butter on it? Personally I can’t stand celery, but a lot of people like it with peanut butter, and that makes it more filling plus it adds protein without adding too many extra calories. It had been a rough day at work. Constantly busy and you barely even got a break. You were tired and all you wanted to do was get in bed and curl up next to Niall. When you got home, you could smell something cooking and got a huge smile on your face. Niall’s new thing was cooking. He would pick recipes from Jamie Oliver’s 30 minute meals when he knew you had a rough day at work and make a wonderful dinner for you. It was the sweetest gesture.

“Ni i’m home” you called out, taking off your coat and walking towards the kitchen. He was standing with his back facing you in front of the oven wearing grey joggers and a grey longsleeve shirt.

He turned his head at the sound of your voice and smiled. “Hi babe, just finishing up dinner. Chicken fajitas tonight, your favorite”.

You smiled to yourself and walked over, wrapping your arms around his waist and nesting your head against his shoulder. He smelled so good, a musky boy smell. He smelled like comfort. Like home.

“I missed you” you whispered into his ear. He turned around and you wrapped your arms around his neck, playing with the hair at the nape of his neck.

“I missed ya too” he said, gently bringing his lips to yours in a soft, sweet kiss.

You pulled away and started setting the table for dinner. Every so often glancing up and watching him finish up cooking. You loved watching him. Even if he was just sitting on the couch, legs spread wide with his hands behind his neck watching tv. He was just so mesmerizing. You liked staring at the slight stubble on his chin, the little moles scattered across his neck. The way his fingers would pull at the hair right by his ear. But your favorite thing is seeing his eyes light up everytime he sees you.The way he looks at you, no matter how long you’ve been together, never fails to make your heart flutter.

You sat down for dinner, having small conversation. You told him about your day at work. How crazy it was. Told him when you were running around trying to get things done you almost fell and he laughed at you. You told him every little thing that probably doesn’t even matter but he doesn’t mind because it’s you.

“Thank you for dinner Niall. It was amazing” you said, starting to clean up.

As you were washing the dishes, he came up right behind you, trailing his hands from your down to your waist. “How bout when ya finish up, we go upstairs and I can have my dessert” he said, in a low, husky voice that made your skin tingle.

You quickly nodded, finishing the dishes faster than you’ve ever done before and heading to your room.
