Day15 #MayFoodChallenge Naturally Sweet - raw, organic, honey! Do you use ‘real’ honey? Check out the list…a lot of the honey that lines our supermarket shelves is fake! Over processed, includes additives, and all the health benefits of honey are lost! I have switched to raw organic honey, the cloudier & solid stuff may not be what we are used to but that’s the stuff with all the nutrients. - handful of baby spinach
- about half a fresh mango
- 1/4c coconut milk, full fat
- 1/2c water
- 1/4c egg whites, pasteurized from carton
- 2-3dashes cinnamon
- vanilla stevia to taste
- ice
