We did One Punch May?
A fitness challenge where you do 100 pushups, 100 squats, 100 sit-ups, and 10k (km or steps) per day.
(Based on the hilarious manga/anime One Punch Man–this is his daily ritual that makes him a superhero)
Motivational May is a challenge throughout May that will have different activities every day! There will be 7 focuses (a different one everyday throughout the week!). The seven challenges include:
Random Acts of Kindness
Every day there will be a new challenge and we will present the daily activities the Saturday before they begin (:
The goals of this challenge are to have you try new things, learn to appreciate your life, and learn to love yourself! We want this to be fun and we want everyone to update us with pictures & whatever else and tag them #motivationalmay (no space!) We would love to see your month of activities under that tag! *You may also tag toethefinishline and runningraspberry (no space or dash!)
We will be posting the challenges for:
May 1-4 on April 26.
May 5-11 on May 3.
May 12-18 on May 10.
May 19-25 on May 17.
May 26-31 on May 24.
So stay tuned for the weekly postings and please take a part in this awesome challenge! It will be fun, motivating, and rewarding, but it can only be those things if you all participate!
Put away your scale and celebrate your Non-Scale Victories!
That’s right! No Weigh May is all about shifting focus back onto you and your journey. Setting goals and getting goals. Improving your fitness, eating a little cleaner and remembering to practice some self-love!
I know I sometimes get caught up in the numbers on the scale even though my biggest progress has always come from how I feel, how my body looks and what I can achieve in the gym.
So I decided that this May I’m not going to use my scale AT ALL! I encourage you to join me! Non-Scale Goals and Victories are MUCH more fulfilling and satisfying. And the best part is they can be anything!
A new personal best in the gym
Making healthy choices
Notching your belt a little tighter
Only drinking water
Finishing a workout program
Taking daily walks
Designated ME time (bubble bath, dancing in your kitchen (my fav), laying out in the sun)
Each week will have a different focus with 5 challenges or activities to complete. Do one, do three, do them all! It’s up to you! There will also be daily questions you can choose to answer based on the theme of the week!
Make a post and share your experience with us! Use the tag - nwm 2015 And/Or Tell us about your week and your NSVs! Celebrate your accomplishments!
Here’s what the month will look like:

Choose the stats that mean the most to you!
The weekly themed posts will go up every Sunday! Keep your eyes open!
A month to focus on yourself and achieve your goals!
May is fast approaching and with it you should try to plan some goals for the new month! The goals can be anything you want them to be! Whether it is fitness/heath/self-love related or not! Whatever YOU want to focus on for the month (:
Week one: Plan your goals for the month, think about what you can do to achieve them, and if you are going to reward yourself along the way! Post this information (:
Week 2: Work with a friend to achieve your goals! Realize that while you can achieve this on your own it can be fun to do it with someone else and it is okay to ask for help! Post a picture (:
Week 3: Find a new approach to your goal and really push yourself this week. See what areas you are slacking in and figure out how you can improve it! Don’t give up yet ! You are halfway there! You may really have to push yourself this week! Post an update (:
Week 4: Share your experience and tell us what helped you this month (a self-love book, a workout routine, a recipe, etc). Plan some new goals for next month!
We are here to help you achieve your goals and we can’t wait to see everyone’s progress ! Please share your journey with us and tag mayofme (no spaces) !
