“Feminism isn’t about making women stronger. Women are already strong. It’s about changing the way the world perceives that strength.” -G.D. Anderson

In honor of International Women’s Day, here are some of my favorite female authors. Always keep fighting for equality. Demand respect. Never back down.

I finally did fan art of an amazing game, but did it after the finale. This game was one of the best games I’ve played in recent years, as it heavily involves you in the story and makes you make some of the biggest decisions I’ve ever seen in a game that is based truly on choice. And for the final one, can you tell what I did?

Come Alive

Glaring at the screen of his phone as he studied Maxine’s most recent photo, Sunny noticed his mind slipping away to immodest places. He was so in love with those lips, and witnessed them do some incredible things. Glancing over to his wife on the sofa, Sunny twisted his lips in thought as he contemplated his cravings. After a few long moments of watching the woman from his chair across the living room, Sunny pushed himself up, rising to his feet and crossing the space, then perching himself on the sofa beside Maxine.

I picked 3 pictures I’ve taken over the years to illustrate how even though I told Dan 100x that my genes were going to wreck his, it looks like his won.

photo of Samm - this is probably from 2008 (when I used to have my nose pierced!). I took it when I got my DSLR. you can really see the color of my hair in the light - it’s a deep brown but it’s not black. my eyes are flat brown with a few little black specks in them. nothing but brown though.

photo of Dan - I took this in 2009 when his sister got married. you can really see the red in his hair and beard, though he was blonde until he started going through puberty. his eyes are a bright blue with a yellow inner ring that actually matches the color of his hair. before I met him, he would have described his hair as brown and his eyes as green, but nah.

photo of Max - her hair is very brown-red, kind of a combination but close to Dan’s hair color. in her first photos it looked black but that hair mostly fell out (leaving her looking like a friar for a few months) and is growing back that beautiful color. her eyes stayed blue from the moment she was born. I am surprised they did not change at all, and at 12 months old it’s pretty unlikely they’ll change to brown. they might do what Dan’s did, separate in a way, but it’s just strange to me that they are still so blue.
