Marvel Preference: What they’re like when they teach you to fight

Peter would try and put a bit of humour into the training sessions. He would come at you and you’d both fight; he’d make a joke out of it and give you ways to improve your attacks.
“Me and you y/n, fight now, lets do this!” He says full of enthusiasm.
“Peter it’s training not a back alleyway.” You say smirking at him.

Sif would say things to boost your confidence because she knows that if you feel better about yourself you’re going to learn better.
“Men have an inherent weakness we do not share, and you can use that against them.” She tells you as she begins to explain ways of attack.

Thor would want to see how you fight from a third person point of view, so he’d get someone to fight with you so he can see how you do it.
“Alright, come back in!” Thor shouts at you as you just dodge a hit.
“How did I do?” You ask jogging over to him.
“Better, but you still need improvement.”

Loki would be patronising and laugh at your attempts; he likes to use the approach of you getting angry to have the fuel to fight.
“hahha, you’re skills are small, little midgardian.” He says to you with a stupid grin on his face.
By this point you’re furious; you walk over while his back is turned and kick his knee out so he falls to the ground; you pin him down with your knees as you straddle him.
“Hows that for a little midgardian?”

I fight like a girl. I fight like a girl who refuses to be a victim. I fight like a girl who’s tired of being ignored, humored, beaten or raped. I fight like a girl who’s sick of not being taken seriously. I fight like a girl who’s been pushed too far. I fight like a girl who offers and demands respect. I fight like a girl who has a lifetime of anger, strength, and pride pent up in her girly body. I fight like a girl who fights back. (insp.)

My real self, the self I have always been from a child, is a loner and nerd, slightly overweight, with a very heavy fringe. That is who I was as a kid. I don’t think I will ever be anything other than that.
