Favourite ‘Agatha Christie’s Poirot’ episodes [3/10]: Lord Edgware Dies
Lady Edgware asks Poirot for help getting a divorce from her husband. That evening thirteen guests are seated at a dinner table, which is supposed to bring bad luck for the first guest to rise. Next morning Lord Edgware is dead.
TELL ME WHY SHIPPING A GAY WOMAN (WHICH IS NOT TRUE, SHE’S A BISEXUAL) WITH A MAN IS WRONG, WHILE YOU SHIP A STRAIGHT MAN (WHO DATED A WOMAN, MARRIED A WOMAN, FLIRTED AND CHEATED WITH A RANDOM WOMAN ON THE BUS) WITH A MAN?
Tell me why, Irene Adler is not possible of being a bisexual (even though she had affairs with both women and men, attracted to Sherlock, set her phone code with Sherlock’s name, constantly texting Sherlock) while John is (even though I REPEAT, JOHN DATED A WOMAN, MARRIED A WOMAN, FLIRTED AND CHEATED WITH A RANDOM WOMAN ON THE BUS, AND CONSTANTLY SAID “I’M NOT GAY WE’RE NOT A COUPLE.”).
Ship whoever the fucking hell you want to ship, but don’t you wank on Adlock tag or Sherlolly tag, just because YOU FEEL THREATENED OR JEALOUS BY OTHER SHIPS.
Why am I seeing more fan-content for Sun/Kali than Ghira/Kali?
Rhetorical question. I can guess why.
Part of it is probably because the FNDM is more familiar with Sun than Ghira. But I think most of it is because most of the FNDM identifies with Sun more than Ghira. After all, Ghira is 40-something-year-old man and father to a young adult daughter, whereas Sun is a teenage bachelor.
My fellow fans, by all appearances, Kali has been happily married to a great man for approximately 20 years. Could we, perhaps, show a bit more respect and enthusiasm for the first unbroken and healthy marriage to appear in RWBY?
Also, a little more respect for the love of the first actually good and living mother towards her daughter? Sun is not only Blake’s age, he’s clearly expressed an interest in her daughter that Blake has not rejected.
Married women can flirt with their husbands, you know.
