Mario and Luigi: Dream Team is the first Mario & Luigi RPG I ever played but it’s the best way to be introduced to the series.
Luigi has been my favorite character since I first discovered Mario because of everything he stands for. I relate to Luigi in a few ways due to my cowardess, fear of the supernatural, the dark, scary things in general, shyness, and so on. But when he’s brave, it gives me a kind of hope that I can be brave, too. In a way I guess you can say I look up to him. And I guess I love this game so much because I love Luigi and how the game portrays Mario and Luigi’s relationship: they’re brothers, and so they act like it. Despite their fights, Mario’s looming shadow, and how they’re practically opposites, they still look out for each other. That’s the beauty of it, really. And that’s why I love this game and everything in it.
(I’m only posting this little bit of info because I doubt anyone will care enough to read it. Kudos & credits to all the artists featured here in this post!)
