marathon training probs

sometimes doing the right thing is much harder than doing the wrong thing. Like today for instance. I so badly want to run and train for my summer races, but my cold from last friday is still here, hanging out. I know I need to r e s t. I pushed through friday and saturday but that may be why i’m still hacking up my lungs.

Jennelle, you can r e s t. You aren’t going to lose your fitness. You do not need to run today. Heal yo’ self. What feels harder is often better in the long run. No pun intended lol.
