The BEST salads are full of carbs😉 here we have crispy crunchy baked potato, raw corn, carrot, cucumber + greens, on a maple-tahini dressing. Currently my favourite salad by faaar🌿👅👌🏼👌🏼 #peaceandplants

I absolutely adore the maple leaf dress she has here - I’m both outrageously pleased with how it turned out, and I desperately want to wear it. I also finally figured out the best way to color her wings! I love the soft iridescence and shimmering changes of color the movie gives us, and I feel like primsacolor pencils capture that so much more than primsamarkers.
Been craving warm cooked meals for breakfast since its been so cold in the morning!
✖Sliced 3 potatoes & coated them in sweet paprika + cracked black pepper, also cut up some kent pumpkin (my fav, so sweet!!) & coated it in mixed herbs + cracked black pepper 👉🏼 In a 220*C preheated oven for 30mins, flip them, then back in for an additional 20 mins! + BBQ sauce on the side!
✖Salad: baby spinach, alfafa, avocado, almonds, pepitas, hemp seeds & a dressing (not pictured) made by mixing vegan mayo, whole grain mustard, lemon juice & @thesourcebulkfoods maple syrup 👌🏼 Best dressing everrr, seriously get on it asap, I use it for cold pasta salads too! 🍃✨

A bit over a year ago I would never have even touched a meal like this, believing that it’s way too many carbs and not ‘balanced’. Forever grateful that that has changed ~ now through eating more and more, I’m feeling more vibrant by the day!💥💪🏼💪🏼
