make a zine

anonymous asked:

would u ever consider making a chiBa zine that ppl can purchase? :O

yes!!!!!!!! actually am doing so right now!! i’m trying to gather pieces that might be cool and organizing them. also was thinking of including an exclusive comic as well!

to begin with i wanted to do it for my portfolio and for my friends, but if people are interested i can definitely put them up for sale?

100% crops of my piece for @born-to-make-history-zine , which is now open for preorder! everything looks so so so so beautiful (so much that i had to do a second piece altogether bc i was feeling not up to the standard) so please consider supporting!

yoo! here’s the djwifi piece i did for @a-little-light-zine ~ if you would like to see all the pieces in this zine, feel free to donate and pick one up while it’s still available~

also wanna say a huge thanks @littleblackchat for your ridiculous amount of hard work in making this zine come together ;0; it was crazy watching you work and i have a lot of respect for you //grovels profusely// ur a beast gurl

A Little Light is a digital Miraculous Ladybug charity zine to benefit the victims of Hurricane Matthew. The zine includes art, fanfics, and cosplay. Zine orders will be open until Feb. 1.

this is my quick, unedited response to recent anons asking about help with starting a zine / motivation!

NOTE! I wrote this just a few hours ago, a little sleep deprived on a long flight back home. it’s not complete and it’s just thoughts off the top of my head. sorry to anyone if it’s visually straining,

@sundayschoolkid totally inspired the zine prompt about making lists (Grace is one of my favorite zine makers + based in l.a. also)

ended the year and started the new year doing the usual…ahah.

I also wanted to say THANK YOU always!!♡ for the kind words, funny tags and sweet messages that definitely made my days last year. You guys are awesome!!!!♡

about once a week i get a message or two asking where i get the “quotes” paired with my artwork from bcs people don’t seem to understand off the bat that i write nearly everything i post, whether it’s on my art or not. is that common?? is visual art and writing so divorced typically?
