This is really neat to see, the new and old versions of the Alice in Wonderland dark ride at Disneyland Resort in California. I like some aspects from both rides, definitely, but I think the newest one looks a lot fresher.

EDIT: Just noticed in the new version the King says “Rule 42: The Queen always wins” when in the movie he says “Rule 42: All persons more than a mile high must leave the court immediately!”

July 1865 Lewis Carroll first published the timeless classic Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. This year marks the 150th anniversary of the publication, and what better way to honour that than with a mad tea party. After all… “It’s always tea time.”

150 Years of Alice in Wonderland

I’ve been posting lots of work in progress shots and little sneak peeks along the way, and now I’m pleased to say my Alice in Wonderland series is complete and up on my website!
