As a general rule of thumb one shouldn’t take a bite out of a cactus. That is, unless the cactus in question is actually made of cookies! This awesome cactus made of macarons is a recent creation by NYC-based pastry chef Ayako Kurokawa at Pâtisserie Burrow.
