So, I’m planning on eventually weaning off of my powerlifting regimen to finally switch to my one true love: martial arts. I’m so fucking excited.
Starting next week [Jan 24, 2017] I’m training with my friend and I’m just so stoked. After March, then I’m gonna focus more on it and eventually completely just… cancel my gym membership to shift my entire fitness regimen to tae kwon do. He used to compete regionally/nationally and I’m just, so hype.
I get to fulfill my dreams and gain the tools to protect the people I care about the most. YES.
