I pride myself in being a very generous gift giver, especially during Christmas time when my room is littered with wrapping paper and ribbons which will aid me in wrapping two or three presents per person. Take a deep breath, relax your shoulders and for a few
seconds think about one thing only. As human beings we were not created to
multitask, yet our minds do it all the time, racing from one thing to another,
trying to remember and control everything as though failing to do so is a
disgrace. Our bodies do it as well, working hand in hand with our brain so that
by the end of the day or week we feel stuck and on the brink of drowning at the
same time. If you’ve ever struggled with something like this or are currently
struggling read on and I will help feel a little less overwhelmed.
