how do i lose the last little bit of weight? I keep plateauing! No matter if I fast, eat regularly (which is low cal + healthy foods), have a bad food day, exercise, no exercise... i only lose weight when i get super sick (like the flu). How can I burn off the last 5-10 lbs?

Maybe your goal it just a little too low for you :/

Keto LC Meatball Parm

Meatballs

1.5 lbs ground beef
½ cup almond flour
¾ cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Lots of Italian seasonings

Combine all ingredients and form about 15 meat balls.

Brown with bacon grease or oil in cast iron to get crispy or cook on oven to get soft texture.

When meatballs are cooked pour tomato sauce over meatballs in pan and cover with mozzarella cheese.

350 degree oven for 25 minutes

Let cool.

Delicious solo or over zoodles or spinach.
