I own a construction equipment dealership, specializing in excavation gear. The main brand I carry has dealership “every 2 blocks”, to the point that there are over 800 in the lower 48 states alone. They do this to keep prices down, because dealers have to compete with each other.

My story starts in 2005.

Business was booming, I was making 15% on all new gear, and selling it by the truck load. I was one of the largest dealers in the U.S., and I was the largest in my region.

The factory provides us with the machine, as well as accessories for it. As a dealer, we are not allowed to sell non authorized after market accessories if the machine itself is being financed through the factory.

First day of DUP went really well! Did hypertrophy squats (3x10 at 65% of my max) & strength deadlifts (5x4 at 78%), and both felt really easy so I’m confident I’ll be able to increase my training volume next week with no problem. I’ll be benching tomorrow (6x3 at 78% focusing on power & form). I think for right now I’m gonna squat & deadlift together 2x a week (with some lower body accessory work), bench 2x a week (with upper body accessory work), have one day where I do all 3 lifts together, and then take 1-2 rest days (if I only take 1 my other training day will just focus on whatever muscle groups I feel I need to work on). So that’s the plan for right now and I’m excited to see what kind of gainz I can make!💪🏼 (at Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym)
