Roasted chickpeas!

Simply put 1 small can (drained, rinsed and dried) on baking paper, coat in a little canola oil and cook in the oven for roughly 30 minutes at 180C.
Cooking times may be different as I kept checking and adding time to it so not sure the exact time.
Sprinkle with salt and a little bit of garlic while still hot and then you have a crunchy snack :) perfect to take on the go!
