While restricting I am constantly dizzy/lightheaded even while laying down, is this normal and will I ever get used to it?
No, I really don’t think that is normal at all, in fact I think it might be low blood sugar. Have some fruit or eat a teaspoon of honey whenever you feel dizzy, and that should help :) if it doesn’t, talk to a doctor or something, all right?
Or, ya know, stop restricting. But to be fair, this is much harder.
