Uh, I assume this is for the kissing prompt ask correct? Since you didn’t give me a number, I’ll just choose one I haven’t done yet! Still open to do more kissing prompts!(if anyone is interested). Hope you enjoy it anon!
2. Early Morning Kiss - A kiss that’s a wake up call, its barely even lips touching, more like they’re kissing your chin because they’re so tired in the early morning haze.
You’re Different - Eva x M!MC
If Adrian had woken up a few minutes later, he would have missed the beautiful dark-haired woman entirely.
He remembered most of last night; the rush they’d been in to strip each other, barely able to contain their moans when they were finally skin-against-skin. Her quick hands and all the scratches she left behind because he knew they had more to do with her and less to with their tousle with crime a few hours prior.
Adrian smiled thinly to himself, savoring the last bits of the pieces coming together inside his head before a sound had jolted him from his sleep. The images disappeared as he sat upright in bed; wincing slightly until his eyes searched for her.
She was across the room, back turned towards his door while her hands hastily moved to get dressed. Her wiry muscles bunched together as she slipped into her tank from last night, and he watched those hips of hers sway as she wiggled into her jeans.
Random Headcanons because I’m too tired to do anything else.
Irathar bonded with Lasvala the quickest when they were born. Courage struggled with the bonding a bit and Mystery isn’t a baby person (he loves parenthood, just not a big baby fan). Courage didn’t bond with Lasvala until Lasvala started smiling and being able to interact more, but Irathar was locked in as soon as he held them.
Irathar’s family raised the clan’s chickens, that’s why he wants them so much.
Courage grew up in a negligent household, they had to learn to be self-sufficient pretty early on and enrolled in the military to get away from their parents.
Irathar and Mystery were an item before meeting Courage. When they all met, they all clicked.
Mystery is a software programmer.
Lasvala’s eyeliner game is ridiculously strong.
Kass is insistent that Ash gets swim lessons in pretty much all AU’s. In AU’s where they aren’t so much as classes, she still takes the time to teach Ash how to swim.
As such, Ash is a very strong swimmer.
Ash is terrified of leeches though, they freak her out.
Kass likes rum.
Melarue gets Ash a bedazzler one year for her birthday - it’s one of her most prized possessions.
Asaaranda has her nanae’s beauty - and her mama’s awkwardness.
Asaaranda’s favored animal form is a ferret (because cat-snake).
Serahlin does spin classes.
Adannar loves peach cobbler.
Ileth insists on baking the cakes and goodies for all of his siblings’ and cousins’ weddings and birthdays.
Serahlin adores Ana’s skincare items and swears by them, she tells all about how wonderful they are.
Ileth has white hair like Adannar’s mother, Hara, so he gets ‘Hara’ as a middle name. When Ileth starts baking, Adannar thinks it’s because Ileth has a lot of his grandmother in him since Hara loved to bake as well.
i just wanted 2 say that seeing them perform these songs live really makes u realise how many more lines jin has in this album….like before the camera would only focus on him one maybe two times in the entire performance but this time even in the type of songs which ppl say ‘don’t suit his voice’ like mic drop (which is bullshit but u know) the camera was on him so many times n it honestly makes it wanna cry bc i just love jin sosososo much n i finally get to see him shining on stage like the rest of the members
I adore the duality of Tony Stark. Not the secret identity thing, but this idea, one that you get to see more of in the comics than the films (though IM1 did this a lot): the idea that there’s this aloof, cold businessman who puts on perfectly-tailored suits and snarks his way through a room and destroys opponents without a thought using an offhand quip, and resorts to pragmatism when nobody else will, and wears his playboy persona on his sleeve, and knows all the easiest ways to blow up a person or a world, and has a bit of a god complex, and used to be called the Merchant of Death -
- but he’s also the guy who wanders around like a zombie before the first coffee of the day, and works with his hands, and spends his time with mad-scientist hair and wearing scruffy vests covered in oil because he got caught up in his hard work and his passion for creation. He’s the guy who will do anything for his friends and makes silly jokes over breakfast and wholeheartedly, dorkily loves the Avengers, from the concept of it to the people in it. He falls hard for the people he loves, and is incredibly lonely. He’s the guy who goes to orphanages and holds babies when he can’t sleep, and adores kids. He’s the guy who cries easily, never thinks he’s doing enough, struggles with alcoholism and chronic illnesses, and desperately doesn’t want to be his father, no matter how much the media pins the opposite on him. He loves the world and the people in it, even when he kind of hates them, and is constantly working to make things better. He remembers his employees’ names and asks after their families. He tries to see the good in people and goes for rehabilitative over punitive justice wherever possible, even when it comes to villains who have actively tried to kill him. He’s known for how much he cares, exhaustingly, about everything. He’s the man who honestly has a good heart and is constantly trying to reach out, and often gets laughed at for his idealism. He’s a man who’s so often in pain, but tries to use it to improve the world rather than letting it destroy him.
Sure, I like his ruthlessness and some of his coolness, but I also love the guy who unironically adores classic Star Trek and makes absentminded Dune and Arthurian references and thinks equations are cool; who makes mental notes of his friends’ favourite breakfasts and takes young heroes under his wing and is semi-jokingly horrified when one doesn’t have a file system. Who goes “but why does that do that?” and wants to take everything apart and fix it so it can help people, and honest to god believes in a better future.
(The movies are subtler about that side of him, but it’s still there. I mean, as a little thing, I’m always grateful they let RDJ put some of his own love of classic and sometimes silly rock into Tony Stark. Not just because I share that music taste, but I always like characters who are nerdy and wholehearted about at least something. But the bigger stuff, too: the between-the-lines moments: the naming his bots, the “here, have my whole R&D lab/my company/my home/my heart if you want it, why do you look so surprised?” That’s all straight from the comics. It’s just done slightly more snarkily and with a slightly shorter, brown-eyed Tony rather than a tall, blue-eyed one.)
Lucretia didn’t intend to spend as much time as she did away from you, saving the world. She could not live with the cost of what the seven of you did to the world below. She could not sit idly by as the world killed itself pursuing the weapons you created. But she couldn’t go against the will of her friends to fix it; and so that will had to be altered. Moreover, she couldn’t handle what the destruction you caused was doing to you. She couldn’t bear your sorrow, your pain, your guilt; how it made you… miserable, and calloused, and shut off from the world. That anguish, it could be altered too. Before her work could begin, she had to make sure her friends — her family — were safe and happy.
The Bureau thrived. She installed a series of checks and balances among its members, hoping it would counteract the temptation built into these relics. But it wasn’t enough. Without fail, her Reclaimers were lost to the thrall of the grand relics, one by one. And Lucretia was tormented by these failures, by how long this was taking, by how distant she felt from her friends. Few people who have lived have ever experienced such loneliness.
