loss of legs

Leg day and abs. Also complete week 6 day 2 of C25K.

I ran on the treadmill instead of running outside. It was a little too windy for my taste and I really didn’t feel like dealing with it. I was super tired all day which made the workout hard to do but I got through it. Surprisingly the running wasn’t as hard as I was expecting it to be. Treadmill running vs outside running is always harder for me so it was nice that it wasn’t that bad.

I’ve also gotten down to 135.6 pounds. I haven’t been 135 for a long time so I’m pretty pleased with myself. I mostly likely won’t lose much more since I’m lifting but that’s okay. I’m mostly still working on losing more body fat rather than actual weight. So overall not a bad time!
