lockheed sirius

Lockheed-Sirius airplane on which the “Justice for Hungary” slogan is written waiting to start its transatlantic flight to Budapest with Endresz György and Magyar Sándor as pilots. Harbour Grace, Dominion of Newfoundland (today part of Canada), July 15th, 1931

The slogan “Justice for Hungary” refers to the revision of the post-WWI Treaty of Trianon, which saw some Hungarian inhabited regions to be given to Romania, Czechoslovakia, and Serbia.
