literal and figuratively

The Book 2 episodes “The Desert,” and “The Serpent’s Pass.” focus on Aang [A]angsting over his losing Appa, shows him being very closed up, hopeless, and unwilling to accept Katara’s help or take her advice until the very of “The Serpent’s Pass,” after the literal and figurative birth of Hope.

This scenario parallels Mai and Zuko in the first half of Book 3 But, unlike Katara, Mai doesn’t really know what Zuko is angsting about, and it’s not until the very end of “Nightmares and Daydreams,” that she understands.

Shadowed Figures

In 7x13 and 7x14, TPTB showed a shadowed figure. The first was instantly revealed to be Richard (evident by C@rol’s figure and the grave being in the same area). Rosita saw the second figure when she was escaping from the Sanctuary. Many have speculated that the figure could be Beth or Dwight. I removed the shadows and increased the exposure, illuminating some details of the figure. It’s Dwight. The figure has a crossbow, the same sloping shoulder-build, and Dwight’s lanky hair. It looks like Dwight will be reaching out to Rosita, to start his double-agent arc. Losing Sherry completely finally broke him from Negan’s control.

Do I think Beth will be in tonight’s episode? No. But I expect there to be several Beth callbacks/parallels, in some form or another. In two episodes heavy with Beth callbacks/parallels, there is a shadowed figure,. Literally back-to-back. Binoculars Bethfoot/Boots was one of the big mysteries at the start of the back half and going by the actual show, the figure’s identity has not been answered (X). The show is building up to something with this motif.

If I learned anything in Karnaca, it’s that you only deserve to keep your throne if you’re ready to roll out a red carpet of blood before it.

in case u missed it….,,. the ensemble member who was playing seabury the night i saw hamilton was magical and his hair looked pink in the lighting……i cried like 4 times

How was the Series of Unfortunate Events movie literally the best thing ever and the worst thing ever at the same time

Like how could they nail the casting, atmosphere, music, narration and basically everything aesthetic so perfectly while completely disregarding the actual story that they were adapting beyond the point where it can even be enjoyable
