lisbellaw

Belle Isle Estate. Lisbellaw, Northern Ireland.

The first day. It was a day full of so much beauty and peace that I can scarcely believe it actually happened. I can’t fathom, sitting here living a life of monotony and mediocrity, the beauty of this place. And the fact that it’s still there and I am not but it continues all the same. And it’s beauty has been experienced by countless other people since. And some people are so privileged as to experience this every day. And they take it for granted because they know no other way. And I just want to experience that feeling forever. The peace and the beauty of nature.

Mountdrum…
Not far from the village of Lisbellaw, County Fermanagh you’ll find sheep and goats grazing freely on one of the complex of pre-historic sites on the Mountdrum archaeological site which houses both, megalithic and wedge tombs, plus a stone circle.
