She did things I may not have been proud of, but she was still a little girl. She was still my daughter.”
Robert Rule, father of serial killer Gary Ridgway’s victim Linda Rule, forgave Ridgway during victim impact statements in court, causing him to tear up and weep in his only display of emotion during the trial.
