Honestly, CW’s The Flash is so important for casting Candice Patton as Iris West, Jesse L. Martin as Joe West, and Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West. This is the kind of positive representation so many people deserve, and the kind of superhero show all of us needed. Kudos to Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon and Malese Jow as Linda Park, too.
So. Who broke it? I’m not mad. I just want to know.
I did. I broke it...
No. No, you didn’t. Mello?
Don’t look at me. Look at Near.
What?! I didn’t break it.
Huh. That’s weird. How did you even know it was broken?
Because it’s sitting right in front of us and it’s broken!
No it’s not!
If it matters, probably not... Beyond was the last one to use it.
Liar! I don’t even drink that crap!
Oh really? Then what were you doing by the coffee cart earlier?
I use the wooden stirrers to push back my cuticles. Everyone knows that, Matt!
Alright let's not fight. I broke it, let me pay for it, L.
No. Who broke it?
[whispering] L, Linda's been awfully quiet...
I broke it. It burned my hand so I kicked it. I predict ten minutes from now, they’ll be at each other’s throats with warpaint on their faces and a pig head on a stick. Good. It was getting a little chummy around here.
Had an ongoing art project at Wammy’s where she painted all the other students’ portraits. She had them pose for her in secret in the old abandoned conservatory, because Wammy’s House wasn’t big on depictions of its students
Her ultimate goal was getting A and B to pose for her, because they were both very reclusive by the time she arrived
B was so flattered to be asked, once she finally got up the nerve to do so. He kept asking her if she thought maybe he looked like L a little bit. She told him that he did, and he blushed
A was too difficult to persuade, because he was very afraid of the portrait being found by Roger and of getting in trouble for it. She tried to paint him from memory after his death because she was so sad she never did, but it didn’t turn out right
Matt had a crush on her and liked to tug her pigtails and sweater drawstrings a lot
She low-key had a crush on Near, but he never seemed to catch on, and she was too shy to do anything much about it
She and Mello would sneak into the pantry after dark to steal snacks. One time he ate a huge chunk of bitter baker’s chocolate by mistake and threw up in the trash, and she never let him forget it
She owned the only camera at Wammy’s and kept it hidden in her underwear drawer. She was the one who took the sole existing picture of Mello as a kid. She gave it to Near as a present later on, because he asked if he could have it after Mello ran away
