2 oz. (60ml) Tequila
1 oz. (30ml) Triple Sec
1 oz. (30ml) Grapefruit Soda
1 Mango
½ Habanero (Chopped)
Juice of One Lemon
Juice of One Lime

1. In a blender combine mango, habanero, lemon juice, lime juice, tequila and triple sec.
2. Rim edge of margarita glass with lime juice and tajin.
3. Pour mix into ice filled glass and top with grapefruit soda.
4. Garnish with lime wheel and habanero slices. Enjoy!

Peanut Soba Noodles with Grilled Shrimp 


½ lb small shrimp, peeled and deveined 

Seasoning blend: red pepper flakes, sea salt, pepper, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, granulated onion, and freshly ground black pepper 

Olive oil 

Soba noodles, cooked to package instructions 

Peanut sauce - recipe here 

Juice of ½ lime, optional 

Cilantro, for garnish 

Lime wedges for serving, optional 


In a pan over medium heat, heat a few tbsp of olive oil and warm throughout.

Once warmed. bloom (heat) a pinch or two or red chili/pepper flakes, stirring them ensuring they don’t burn. 

Place shrimp seasoned side down into the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side – until cooked through. Set aside. 

In the same pan, add in a little bit more oil if needed (just a little) and add in your drained soba noodles. 

Add in the peanut sauce and lime juice, stirring constantly to incorporate. 

Add in the shrimp and toss. 

Remove from the heat once all ingredients are incorporated.

Plate and garnish.

Serves 1

3 oz. grape Jolly Rancher-infused vodka (see below)
¼ oz. lime juice

To make the infused vodka: Unwrap 10–12 purple Jolly Ranchers and put them in a sealable jar or bottle. Add 1½ cups of vodka, seal, shake, and let sit overnight or until candy fully dissolves when you shake the bottle. Chill until ready to use.

Add 3 oz. infused vodka and lime juice to a Collins glass with ice, stir, and fill with seltzer. Garnish with lime slice.

  • 2 ounces American Juice Company Lady Lychee juice (strawberry/lychee/rose blend)
  • 1 ½ ounces delicate, not super-woodsy gin (Botanist used here)
  • 1 ounce Cocchi Americano
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • A couple dashes Peychaud’s bitters


Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and garnish with lime and/or strawberry as desired.
