Some bible verses that keep my positive within the discourse and  hatred from aphobes.

Note: (and I can’t believe I have to say this again)

I do not mean “Bible verses against LBGT people.” I mean “Bible Verses against Aphobes”, ergo, the people that hurt, bully, harass, and make light of the things that asexuals and aromantics go through and struggle with. This is meant to be a comfort to those, like myself, whose mental health has been hurt by the discourse and hatred.

If you don’t like it, that’s okay! Just block me or the blacklist the tags: “religion mention”  and “Christianity”. Don’t spread hate in my posts.

But the LORD is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten.  (Jeremiah 20:11)

Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.(Matthew 5:12)

If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. (John 15:18)

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? (Romans 8:35)

Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. (1 Peter 4:16)

Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death. (Psalms 9:13)

My friends, do not try to punish others when they wrong you, but wait for God to punish them with his anger. It is written: “I will punish those who do wrong; I will repay them,” says the Lord. But you should do this: If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him a drink. Doing this will be like pouring burning coals on his head. (Romans 12:19-20)

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other. And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone.   Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other and for everyone else. ( 1 Thessalonians 5:11-15)

LORD, you have heard the desire of the humble: you will prepare their heart, you will cause your ear to hear: o judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that the man of the earth may no more oppress. (Psalm 10:17-18)

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9)

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
