Let’s Bring Back pinning party

This month we had a pinning party to celebrate the Let’s Bring Back by Lulu Frost collection. Below are some of our favorite pins (see the entire board here).

From left to right, we’d bring back…vintage cosmetic advertising; hoop skirts; snorkeling masks; swinging contests; Jimi Hendrix; Audrey Hepburn; the classic bob; sleepovers with face masks; unruly behavior; Wonder Woman; breathtaking romance; vintage postage stamps; sleeping masks; Marilyn Monroe; Cary Grant; the cat eye.

Style Survey: All about the head turban

The head turban is all the rage at the Lulu Frost studio. It may not be your boyfriends favorite but, oh, the small sacrifices we make for stellar style. Aside from playing a part of our Spring/Summer ‘13 collection, these twisty towers of pattern and color instantly brighten up any wardrobe. Not to mention, they’re the perfect cure for a bad hair day!

Look of the week

We have a new girl crush. Meet Sally and Molly, the bloggers behind A Piece of Toast. The stylish girls are based in Texas and are long time fans of Lulu Frost. They have a chic and classic style and are some of the sweetest girls we’ve met. Thoughts of summer weekend trips crossed our mind when we saw how they styled our Nomad earring. See more of their look here ya’ll!

A Celebration at the Chateau Marmont

Last week Lysa Heslov and Claiborne Swanson Frank hosted a dinner party at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles to celebrate the collaboration between Lulu Frost designer Lisa Salzer and Let’s Bring Back author Lesley M.M. Blume. The celebration included black magic roses arranged by Lisa herself, a playful personality quiz, and jewelry for guests, some of which included Cheryl Tiegs and Kendall Conrad. This was one for the books (literally)!
