lentil and quinoa loaf!

preheat oven to 375
1 cup red lentils cooked in veg broth until very soft
1 ½ cups cooked quinoa
¼ c italian bread crumbs
1 small white onion diced
6 cloves garlic minced
3 tbs ketchup
½ tsp salt, pepper, parsley oregano, thyme

combine all ingredients
spread into lightly greased loaf pan
bake 1 hour
let cool for 10 min before slicing.
