Goodness Bowl

  • Red quinoa cooked in veg stock and Harissa mixed with chopped cherry tomatoes and chopped flat leaf parsley and lemon juice
  • French green (Puy) lentils 
  • Brown mushrooms fried in a small amount of rapeseed oil, garlic, water, dried chili flakes and Shoyu. 
  • Avocado 
  • Romaine 
  • Cucumber 
  • Celery 
  • Sesame seeds

Lemon Quinoa Salad (also a great To-Go lunch!)

80 g dry quinoa, cooked in water without salt (you can use any grain you want to, i also love it with millet or rice!)
2 sticks scallion, sliced
3 cherry tomatoes, diced
1 small carrot, diced
1 small piece pepper, diced
lemon juice
olive oil

How to:
let the cooked quinoa cool down. meanwhile you can prepare the other ingredients. mix the quinoa and everything else together (use as much lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil as you like) and store in the fridge for 1 hour. if you don’t want to wait, you can surely eat it right after mixing everything together but it will taste better if you wait. the meal is a perfect to-go lunch, i often make the double amount and take it to school with some falafel balls! :)


I wouldn’t be surprised if Tom meets the new show runner by camping out front of the writer’s room with his arms full of his fanfiction and a hopeful, nay desperate expression on his face.
