bebeccabear1832 said to quoted-books: I just finished reading the book “All the light we cannot see” and I was wondering if you know of other books that take place in occupied France. Thanks!!

I still haven’t read that book, but I know I should! I can give you some more I’m familiar with about occupied France, though, which I find interesting too. I just read a book that dealt with Russia during WW2 and that was quite fascinating to me as well!

1. Sarah’s Key by Tatiana de Rosnay

2. Resistanceby Carla Jablonski and Leland Purvis- graphic novel

3.  Under a War-Torn Sky by L.M. Elliott

4. Code Name Verity by Elizabeth Wein- also YA

5. Suite Francaise by Irene Nemirovksy

6. A Train in Winter by Caroline Moorehead- NF

Let me know if you wanted different genres or something then I can offer up some more! I’m going to try to leave the comments open too so people can leave their own suggestions…but sometimes that refuses to work for me!

Thanks for the question! Happy reading!
