My first instincts were to go super elaborate, but after research, I felt that Princess Zelda would choose something simple, given the situation. Dressed in gossamer– instead of armor and heavy silks. To show her future husband and King that she had nothing to hide. Clean white for the beginning of a new era. Her hair unbraided and simple, for tied hair was for warriors, diplomats. Perhaps Zelda wants to be seen as herself, and offer herself that way to the one who will accompany her into the next stage of their life– their kingdoms.
As always, inspired by the lovely @figmentforms
and her AMAZING comic, A Tale of Two Rulers.
The last part involved using the gold skulltulas token that would be collected up along with the main puzzle. I made a side quest that involved collecting the tokens to break the curse that afflicted Kafei and a few others were afflicted with. The tokens gave a clue to where the decoder was so the hylian text on the envelopes could be decoded. That led to a spot in one of our long narrow closets where the final clues were. The spiritual stones had to be arranged on the plaque to find out the word for the cryptarch. Inside I had a puzzle I drew up and photoshopped and then got made into a puzzle at shoppers. After piecing it together it revealed the final location nearby where I would meet her to propose with the mask in the chest.
Possible Coronation/Wedding outfit for Ganondorf, in his marriage to Princess Zelda. I have to give credit to @figmentforms fabulous comic, “A Tale of Two Rulers” which inspired me so. If you haven’t read it, do so. You’re in for a treat.
I’m sorry I wasn’t patient enough to draw the sword correctly. ;;;
