It is so simple that you could just do it in the morning right when you wake up or do them in bits throughout the day. Just do it and you will start seeing your thighs getting stronger and slimmer!
This is a Leg HIIT workout I did at the gym the other day. The original workout requires weights, but I did a modified version as well for those that might have trouble holding weights the entire time.
For those not familiar with HIIT or Tabata, the concept is pretty simple. You do an exercise to your full intensity for a short amount of time - in this case, for 30 seconds. After the time is up, you rest of a certain amount of time - in our case, for 10 seconds. After the rest, you move on to the next exercise and repeat the work/rest routine until the last exercise is completed. Then you start from beginning again for the next round and continue until time is up. Here is an online HIIT timer if you do not have one on your phone.
