It is so simple that you could just do it in the morning right when you wake up or do them in bits throughout the day. Just do it and you will start seeing your thighs getting stronger and slimmer!

Me and my good homie Brian aka Franklin D. BROsevelt (I’m Teddy BROsevelt lol) went hard in the paint. 2 hours later, after we finished we’re tired as hell and basically crawling out the gym. Lol. It was good training day guys. Can’t complain.
I know monthly challenges don’t fix anything but I really enjoy doing them as I feel a great sense of accomplishment once I finish and even if I don’t get to do a proper workout on certain days I still feel like I’ve achieved something, this month I’ve chosen a few different ones ^ plus of course the 30 day abs and 30 day squats beginner level 2

So I said I would share more before and after shots from the front. So here it is, the first image was end of June, I believe I was 7 weeks in and only lost 5lbs down by this point. The picture on the right is me today, 20 weeks in and 20lbs down.
I mentioned my weight loss does look very minimal from the front but there is some minor differences. Bless my fiancé, he actually had to point out to me where he can see differences because I just couldn’t 🙈.
