Well, it happened again. I still haven’t done meal prep this week. So this morning, I just opened the fridge and decided to throw things in and make up a creation for lunch. Surprisingly, another great success. I call this Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps

Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps

2 Turkey Meatballs (leftover from last night crumbled)
1TBSP Greek 0% fat Yogurt
2 tsp Spicy Mustard
2 tsp Dill Relish
1/8 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Garlic Salt to taste

Mix all the above in bowl then scoop into
3 leaves Romaine Lettuce and enjoy 😋
