Vegan Elder Pepper Squid Hors d'Oeuvres
Cut the stem and top of peppers just enough to core and de-seed leaving pepper intact. Fill half to two thirds with hummus.
Wash the roots of the green onions carefully to avoid breaking. Peel off any soft onion tissue and cut to place in pepper with the roots facing out. Slice the appropriate sigil in your chest before serving.
