I’m not a fan of the word “lose”. For some reason society has made it out to be all about LOSING weight or LOSING inches. But what about all the things you gain during your journey? That list of gains is what we as a society should focus on. Not we lose..but what we gain and the obstacles we overcome. We should celebrate every little victory! And it’s not about what we SHOULDN’T eat, let’s focus on the array of beautiful whole foods that we SHOULD eat. Take the word “lose” out of your vocabulary during your journey and focus on what you are gaining. Then at the end celebrate like you’ve won a war, because that is exactly what body transformation is. Just finished my #bodybeast workout. Today was #chest day from the BULK phase. Can’t believe it’s already nearing the end of week 5! Gone by so fast (tear). Today’s #leanation challenge is to post a collage photo of our workout and post workout #shakeology. I went with #vegan chocolate with half a banana, unsweetened coconut milk and ice. Side of oatmeal and coconut oil for more #calories. Remember, you have to eat big to get big. Time to shower and spend the day answering some emails and inspiring my coaches and their coaches.
