When I was little, I attended a school run by nuns, where I’d hear: “God is our Saviour.”
I didn’t understand. Save us from what?
Now I understand that one would like to be saved, no matter who does it.
I wouldn’t say that cinema saved me, but one thing I’m sure of is that I need it,
that I love it and that it gave meaning to my life.
I act because I want to touch people’s lives. - Happy 30th Birthday, Léa Seydoux! (1st July, 1985)
