Am I a dork for being excited to eat my lavash wraps tomorrow? Haha. I haven’t made these wraps since last August, but I found them from! I tweaked the recipe a little bit, so here’s a list of what’s inside the lavash wraps I prepared:

  • whole-wheat lavash
  • hummus
  • sliced red bell peppers
  • cucumber slices
  • pepper & salt-free seasoning
  • fat-free feta cheese
  • grilled chicken strips
  • greens mix (spinach, arugula, etc).

It may sound like a lot, but for about 4-5 days worth of ingredients it was about $20! If you’re counting points through Weight Watchers, it’ll be about 7 points. I think this is perfect for lunch, especially since class starts tomorrow (waaah). Something to keep in mind is that a serving size is half of a fully prepared lavash wrap.

I began working out without strict food restrictions, so that way I can make a smoother transition into the whole process of very careful food consumption.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a good week!

Congrats to all of our Lavash Wrap Winners.

The Lavash Wraps are only available at our Glendale location on Colorado so you will need to go there to claim your Free Wrap. Your names have been emailed to our wonderful staff at that location, so when you get there ask for the manager.

Thank you everyone who participated.
Stay tuned for more great contests and giveaways.

It’s beginning to look a lot like the holidays! Put some color in your upcoming office party, post-finals party, or family get-together with a California Lavash tree topped with a yellow bell pepper star.

Feel free to try different ingredients for different colors, arrange the wraps in whatever shape you like, and let us know about it! We’d love to see pictures!

Spring fever fix with quick avocado sandwich wraps! (recipe)

Instead of fat-free tortillas, try this with Traditional, Whole Grain, or Spinach California Lavash. Not only are all of these low fat, but they’re also low sodium, cholesterol free, and sugar free – for a healthy and natural taste.
