Am I a dork for being excited to eat my lavash wraps tomorrow? Haha. I haven’t made these wraps since last August, but I found them from everydaymaven.com! I tweaked the recipe a little bit, so here’s a list of what’s inside the lavash wraps I prepared:
- whole-wheat lavash
- sliced red bell peppers
- cucumber slices
- pepper & salt-free seasoning
- fat-free feta cheese
- grilled chicken strips
- greens mix (spinach, arugula, etc).
It may sound like a lot, but for about 4-5 days worth of ingredients it was about $20! If you’re counting points through Weight Watchers, it’ll be about 7 points. I think this is perfect for lunch, especially since class starts tomorrow (waaah). Something to keep in mind is that a serving size is half of a fully prepared lavash wrap.
I began working out without strict food restrictions, so that way I can make a smoother transition into the whole process of very careful food consumption.
