Photographer Alex Scott has always been a night owl, relishing the tranquil hours before dawn as the city largely sleeps. He’s spent two years exploring Los Angeles by night, taking photos of its freeways without the chaos and distraction of the city’s notorious traffic. Now he’s compiling these images into “Nobody Walks in L.A.,” a large-format, fine art photo book that captures the magic of late-night serenity in the City of Angels. Have a look at the images over here, and see L.A. in a whole new way — as a pedestrian.
