Cabin in the Finnish Arctic by Alexander Yates Via Flickr: This cabin is one of several in Finnish Lapland, south of Utsjoki on the border with northern Norway, that has been preserved for over a hundred years. Originally this used to be part of a church community, back when Finland was a part of Sweden.
I mean, sure, I might be a bit biased being born and raised in northern Sweden and all, but I do believe that almost everything up here is beautiful. Looking through some of the pictures I’ve taken during the past few days, I’ve realized that the sky has caught my attention quite a lot. Well deserved attention, if you ask me.
