A list of things my stomach hates me for eating:
Citrus, mint, potato chips, raw onions, actually no more like most raw veggies, certain types of nuts, spicy foods, sugary or fibrous cereal, granola bars, order-out pizza.(these I can usually get away with eating small amounts of and not feel sick)
Absolute no-no foods, sure to cause disaster:
Marinated(?) pork loin, almost anything deep fried, Chinese food, meatballs, coffee(😭), lamb chops, whole milk.
