  3.  don’t stay up until 3am 
  4.  get off tumblr/social media if it’s unhealthy 
  5. don’t stay in bed the whole day
  6.  plan out your day 
  7.  listen to music
  8. change your clothes 
  9.  set yourself small goals 
  10.  say yes to fun events 
  11. drink water, it takes 5 seconds 
  12. talk to a close friend
  13. you’re not unwanted or hopeless, also you deserve love so be nice to yourself
