“I have a girl I love named Sakura. Well actually, it’s one-sided on my part. Sakura is totally in love with a guy named Sasuke. She tries so hard, chasing after him and trying to win his love. When she’s at it, her smile is the cutest thing. There’s no explaining it. Before I realized it, I was in love with her. I would never try to force her to love me. I’d be no different from that guy just now if I did. So I made up my mind. In the same way that Sakura tries so hard to win Sasuke over, I’m going to do my best to win Sakura over.”
Karin and Sasuke go visit Naruto and Sakura one day and little Shina and Hanami are shy at first until they see Karin and her red hair and are just in complete awe because it’s so beautiful and then one day Sakura notices it’s real quiet so she goes to check what Shina and Hanami are up to when she opens the door she’s horrified to see there’s red paint all over the walls and floor and her children’s heads are covered and dripping with red paint and she asks them why they did such a thing and in their cute little voices they respond: “we want aunt Karin’s hair! it’s so pretty isn’t it mama?!” and Sakura’s face changes into a big smile and she laughs and later when Naruto comes home she tells him about what the kids did and Naruto starts crying because he remembers Kushina and her beautiful red hair and also because he’s a very sentimental dad and thinks everything his babies do is adorable.
